1. All donations and payments made through this website are voluntary and non-transferable.

2. Pehchaan NGO reserves the right to modify the donation/payment structure or benefits offered at any time without prior notice.

3. The donor/user is responsible for providing accurate information (name, contact, email, etc.) while making a payment or filling out any form.

4. Misuse of the website for any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. By using this website, you consent to receive communication (email/SMS/phone) related to your donation, participation, or any NGO activity.

6. All content on this website is the property of Pehchaan NGO and cannot be reproduced or reused without permission.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

As Pehchaan NGO is a non-profit organization, we maintain a transparent and minimal refund policy:

1. Donations made once will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. In case of multiple or duplicate transactions due to technical error, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction. Valid claims will be processed within 7 working days after proper verification.

3. Any cancellation of registration for NGO activities/training must be informed at least 48 hours before the event; else no refund will be processed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

As Pehchaan NGO offers digital products/services only (like downloadable PDFs, online registrations, e-certificates, etc.), no physical shipping is involved.

1. All downloadable materials (like e-books, study materials, certificates) will be shared via email or direct download link post confirmation of payment.

2. Access to digital content will typically be provided within 24-48 hours of successful payment.

3. If you do not receive the material in the given time, please contact us with your payment details.

4. We are not responsible for delays caused due to technical errors, incorrect email ID, or server issues.
