Registration Process

1. Download the Registration Form and take a printout.

2. Fill the form carefully and attach the following documents (any two):

   • Aadhaar Card

   • PAN Card

   • College ID Card

   • 10th Marksheet

3. Attach one passport size photo.

4. Combine all documents into one PDF and email it to ngo.pehchaan@gmail.com.

Important Instructions

• At the time of registration, a minimum donation of ₹2000 is mandatory. Only after this, your internship seat will be confirmed.

• During the internship, no stipend or payment will be provided.

• The internship is purely for learning, experience, and social contribution.
